[mvapich-discuss] Printing DEBUG_PRINT mesges

Just to be clear, what Pasha has mentioned (-DVIADEV_DEBUG) is for the
ch_gen2 device of MVAPICH. You appear to be using the uDAPL device
of MVAPICH2, which has different flags.
