[mvapich-discuss] MVAPICH 0.9.9-beta release is available

Hi Eric,

Thanks a lot for immediately trying out the beta! I couldn't reproduce 
this behavior, `make install' worked OK for me. Will it be possible for 
you to send us your make-mine.log and install-mine.log?
