[mvapich-discuss] MVAPICH 0.9.9-beta release is available

Glitch during installation:

...
mvapich-0.9.9-beta/bin/tarch does not exist (or is not a regular file)!
...

tdevice isn't there either.

I initially reported this bug on 0.9.8.
