we must use this flags for openmpi else some tests will just hang.

I have done some more tests only with mvapich2 0.9.8 and build 
BLACS/SCALAPACK without any optimization (-O0 -g) for gcc version 3.4.6 
and 4.1.1. For fortran gfortran 4.1.1 is used

I can run all tests with gcc version 3.4.6 ;-)
With gcc version 4.1.1: 2 tests do not finish:
  1) xzgsep
  2) xzllt

We want to use MVAPICH2 so i did not test MVAPICH1 today,
