[mvapich-discuss] MPI Error 42

Hello,
I’m currently working on the infiniband cluster of TU-München with the
following software installed:

SuSE Professional 9.1,
Kernel 2.6.5
gcc version 3.3.3 
mpi/mvapich-0.9.4-gcc333-pgf7752

I’m using the following functions :

ISend, IRecv, IProbe  and get an errorcode 42 ( which should be a spawn
error but has no error string in the system) on calling Waitall!

How should I interpret this error message even if I only use these few
commands and have tested the same code on a windows mpich2 installation and
everything worked fine?
