Hi,
There is a script "make.mvapich2.udapl" in the MVAPICH2 directory which you 
can use to configure and build your MVAPICH2 library.
There are also instructions in section 5 of the user guide that show how to 
compile and run MPI applications with MVAPICH2-uDAPL.
