Banting doctoral fellowship
Banting Postdoctoral Fellowship – Seeking Applicants
I am seeking potential applicants for the Banting Postdoctoral Fellowship, a two-year grant with a $70,000 CAD per year stipend (healthcare included in Canada). The Banting Fellowship is the most prestigious postdoctoral award in Canada. Both Canadians and non-Canadians are eligible. Residency would be at the University of Alberta for two years. Potential candidates must be outstanding scholars who have obtained the PhD between September 15, 2015 and Fall, 2018. My topic priorities for consideration of candidates are as follows, in rank order:
Contemporary Chinese Poetry
Sinophone Literature
Anthropological Approaches to Chinese Literature and/or Cinema
