The film (subtitled in English) is available on youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W73eKAjyNXs) and, of course, also youku (from where the youtube video comes from).
If you can, however, try to have your library purchase the documentary (and you can contact directly the director?)

It's all in the title:)

I am preparing a class on environmental issues in China and have heard that Wang Jiuliang's Plastic China (or Plastic Kingdom?) was out - or at least circulated in a few festivals in Shanghai. Does anyone know how I could see/purchase the film?
