May 
3 seminar about June 1989 and, like Pu Zhiqiang, Hao Jian, Hu Shigen, and
Xu Youyu, was detained a few days later.

posted translations of three short essays she wrote for Radio Free Asia:

"On Hope"
"How to Understand the CCP"
"The Memory of June 4"

She emailed the piece about June 4 on May 3, the date of the seminar; it
may be representative of sentiments she expressed at that gathering.
