Dear MCLC community,

I am pleased to announce that the subtitled version of Shanghai Old and
New (新舊上海; 1936), screened at Ohio State as part of our Hong Shen
project, 
has been uploaded to Internet Archive and is now publicly available for
viewing. 

To activate the subtitles, you need to click "CC" (closed captioning) and
then select "en." The subtitles were translated by OSU doctoral student
Alexandra Draggeim.
