Dear Sabrina,

My new book, The Middle Class in Neoliberal China: Governing Risk,
Life-Building, and Themed Spaces (Routledge, 2013), includes lots of
materials on ethnic tourism and media related issues. Photographing is a
major topic. The book doesn't deal with refugees and mentally challenged
persons, but addresses issues of precarity and risk society.
