Just for the sake of clarification, I did not intend to promote this
petition, or encourage people to sign it. Rather, I wanted to bring
attention to the HKAM and the way that its targeted rhetoric (on issues of
smuggling, milk powder, etc) is increasingly generating mainstream
attention and potentially influencing cross-border relations.
