I came across these humorous lines linking issues of human rights to
sovereignty over Diaoyu Islands

Some slogans from recent anti-Japan protests:

Providing no medical insurance, nor social well-fare, but focusing on
having Diaoyu Island.

It's okay to have no benefit for the elderly and retired, but not to lay
no claim on Diaoyu Island.

No property rights, no human rights, yet sovereignty over Diaoyu Island:

No way to buy house, no means to build an ancestral tomb, yet not an inch
of soil to give to the Japanese

Heroic couplets:

-destined to worry about the politics of Zhongnan Hai while feeding on the
garbage from the sewer;

-smash the cars of fellow-Chinese while venting anger at the Japanese;

-a group of stupid cunts
