MCLC: Songtsen Gampo director?

Dear all,

I am struggling to find who directed the film Songtsen Gampo (Songzan
ganbu 松赞干部) released in 1988 in China.

All the information I can find is that the film was produced by the Tibet
TV station 西藏电视台 and a HKongese Film society 香港新海华制作公司协助拍
摄.

In found three names for possible directors: Luosang Ziren, Pubu Ziren and
Dan Zeng (they all seem to be Tibetans), but could not find any
information about them. I would also be surprised that the film has been
directed by Tibetans at that time.
