I would like to set up an organized panel on Chinese cartooning and
animation for the 2013 AAS Conference in San Diego. If you are interested
in coming aboard, please send me a 250-word abstract in the next week or
so (ideally by July 22). Papers about material created in any historical
period from the late-Qing on are welcome.
