I'd suggest Wenlin software. You can copy the Chinese text and paste it to
Wenlin by opening a new file. Then, you will be automatically able to read
the pinyin by positioning the mouse over the Chinese word. Also, there is
a function to convert the whole text from Chinese characters into pinyin.
