Drupal Camp Ohio Sponsorships HowTo

Drupal Camp Ohio needs to raise an additional $2,000 in OSU funds. In addition to helping keep the camp in Columbus, a high enough sponsorship can get you free registrations for your group.

To make a contribution, file an internal order erequest listing "Extended Education" as the vendor. In the instructions, be sure to specify that the funds are for Drupal Camp Ohio and list Vedu Hariths(.1) as a contact.

Attached is a copy of Engineering's contribution erequest in case there are any questions as to how to fill it out.

It is *very* important that folks use internal erequests and don't contribute through the Drupal Camp website. Only OSU funds can be used to book the 4H center, otherwise they don't get the OSU rate and things become much more expensive.

Best,
Jason Little
Engineering
