[Comicsstudiessociety] Multiple books for review for IJOCA - USA only

Jose's Russian book is the only one left unclaimed. I attended State Dept
panel for some of those post-Soviet cartoonists about 5 years ago and can
tell you there's good work being done by what would be alt or web
cartoonists here.
