[Aqua-ohio] Fish Fact Sheet and Office Hours

I hope all is well.

Tomorrow, September 16th, I will hold normal office hours from 11am-1pm eastern. Any producers in the 12-state North Central Region are welcome to join. For a "fish fact sheet", I'll share the Eat Seafood America! September and October 2020 Communications Toolkit link and PDF - http://www.ctsa.org/files/notes/Eat_Seafood_America_2020.pdf.

I found out about this campaign while visiting the Center for Tropical and Subtropical Aquaculture, another one of the USDA NIFA Regional Aquaculture Centers (similar to NCRAC).

The Eat Seafood America! group has created five messaging theme that have been designed to demonstrate how you can share Eat Seafood America! with your audience. While I am a couple of weeks late, there is a timeline included that discusses when it's best to share these turnkey resources and messages. Please note, that you will need to adjust recipes (substitute your species as appropriate), messaging, etc. to make it personable for your operation and Midwest aquaculture, but there is some interesting messaging provided within that some may find useful.
