I wanted to let everyone know that the Eat Midwest Fish website has launched! Congrats to Amy Shambach and everyone involved in getting the website up and going. They will continue to improve the website, but please go and spend time there! Add a link to your social media and website and use it as a marketing tool. There are a lot of recipes there including, Bluegill Chowder, Oven Friend Perch, Salmon Pasta, and BBQ Shrimp Skewers.

There's also a Fish Finder section to find operations local to you/your customers.
