Hi Edward (and everyone else),
Bonnie Kime Scott's Mrs. Dalloway is from Mark Hussey's Harcourt/Mariner series (the series is missing The Voyage Out and Night and Day, but Jacob's Room was included even though it was out of copyright).
All the volumes overseen by Mark Hussey offer an overview of Woolf's life and work (by Mark) and both an Introduction and annotations by the invited author who wrote the Introduction and the annotations.
The link on Amazon for that edition of Mrs. Dalloway is:
https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.amazon.com/Mrs-Dalloway-Annotated-Virginia-Woolf/dp/0156030357__;!!KGKeukY!xZCCsRFYyjSnm-ozE7x5CEubUup6Xb8HzA9wRsVXV4eS-i-nS9mdK_VM54JB0dOjjgcAhnJGNlcsOXyodRa9lqJkUcdv$
For those who want that edition (and not some other volume that could be total trash) should know that it is available only in paperback (also, it's really important that you never trust Amazon's search features!).
The new safe way to ensure that you are getting the Harcourt/Mariner version seems to be to insert the "Annotated Edition" phrase as a search word.
The ISBN-10 and ISBN-13 of that edition are both listed below as is the image of the cover.

Subject: [Vwoolf] Editions of Mrs Dalloway with edited texts?
I’ve been trying to make a list of editions of Mrs Dalloway that have texts prepared by an editor, not merely reprinted without explanation from an earlier text. I’ve probably failed to notice some of these editions, and would be grateful for any additions to the list that I’ve put together so far:
1990: G. Patton Wright for the Hogarth Press
1992: Claire Tomalin for Oxford World’s Classics
1992: Stella McNichol for Penguin
1993: Everyman’s Library (anonymous textual editor, introduction by Nadia Fusini); reprinted by Vintage.
1996: Morris Beja for the Shakespeare Head Press
2000: David Wright for Oxford World’s Classics
2013: Jo-Ann Wallace for the Broadview Press
2015: Anne Fernald for Cambridge UP
2021: Merve Emre for Liveright
2021: Anne Fernald for the Norton Critical Editions
If I remember correclty, Bonnie Kime Scott’s Harcourt edition has explanatory notes but no textual edting; I negliently left my copy in a summer place so I hope someone else can correct me.
I haven’t seen the Folio Society edition, but I understand that it has a textual note. If this is worth hunting down, I would be glad to know it.
Probably my list is laughably incomplete. Please feel free to pounce on its errors.
