[Vwoolf] Submission timetable for the Woolf list

Hello colleagues,
I’m just finalising a submission to the list about the new digital version of Woolf’s reading and research notes.  
This announcement will be ready in a day or so and it would be great if it could appear before the Fresno conference.  So I was wondering if you need much lead time to put a submission up on the list?
