And I see that at one point I wrote the opposite of what I meant to say

I've corrected this to say what I meant to say: which is that the 
misnumbering of the sections in the third part, in the British edition, 
ought NOT to be corrected, because the numbers in the book are the ones 
that VW saw and they may - possibly, perhaps, conceivably - have had 
some significance for her. All modern editions, as far as I can see, 
correct the numbering, but I don't think anything significant is gained 
by doing so.
