Still on the subject of punctuation, a book that I can strongly
recommend is Anne Toner's /Ellipsis in English Literature: Signs of
Omission/ (Cambridge UP, 2015). It includes discussion of Woolf's use
of ellipses in /A Room of One's Own/, /Three Guineas/, and /The Voyage
Out/. A more recent book by the same author: /Jane Austen's Style.
Narrative Economy and the Novel's Growth/ (Cambridge UP, 2020) is also
highly recommended - but it contains only passing mentions of Virginia
Woolf.
