Dear all,

Abstracts are in for the 2020 Woolf Conference<http://www.usd.edu/virginiawoolf> (11–14 June; Vermillion, SD)! They look great. I’m writing to let you all know that the Program Committee will continue to consider any proposals sent in on or before March 2nd, though priority will be given to abstracts that were submitted by the Feb 10th deadline. If you know someone who’s still interested in joining us in June or wished they had made the initial deadline, let them know! The University of South Dakota has the capacity to host a few more folks.

Here's an updated link to the UPenn CFP: https://call-for-papers.sas.upenn.edu/cfp/2020/02/04/extended-deadline-32-profession-and-performance-the-30th-annual-international?fbclid=IwAR2lvnIgWiiKeGBIk_mSRpkhVSJSt5PSWcfsNnSY0B3Iu8Dy3P34GcImwxc.

If you have any questions about the conference, please feel free to write to me directly at Benjamin.Hagen at usd.edu<mailto:Benjamin.Hagen at usd.edu>. The main website does have some information about travel planning and on campus accommodations. As a reminder, The conference will feature several plenary events, including a dialogue between Aarthi Vadde (Duke U) and Melanie Micir (Washington University in St. Louis); a lecture by Carrie Rohman (Lafayette College); a panel involving Mark Hussey (Pace U), Urmila Seshagiri (U of Tennessee, Knoxville), Drew Shannon (Mount St. Joseph U), and Jean Moorcroft Wilson (U of London); as well as a one-woman stage adaptation of Woolf’s Mrs. Dalloway stories written by Ellen McLaughlin and performed by Kathleen Chalfant.

Best,
Ben
