Perhaps the Association would care to tell Jasper that he can't use his
catflap.  Last time we closed it, he broke it, trying to get out.  He got
out.  (And Pablo (now deceased) broke Pete's next door, years ago, trying to
get in.  He got in.)  We have told Margaret next door on the other side not
to stroke Jasper, and advised Jasper to practice feline distancing.
