Hello, Mr. Lackey,

I’ve read through the descriptions of your three books on the Bloomsbury Publishing website, and am planning to read all three.

You’d attached a .pdf file to your message, but when I attempted to download it I received an error message: “Unable to download attachment”. What am I doing wrong? Would you be able to send a copy of the file to me directly? Perhaps it will open in Adobe Reader or another of the readers I have installed on my computer and other devices.

As you can discern, I’m quite behind in reading my email. I apologize for this late request.

Thank you very much, sir,

Ellen C. Lee
