And if you are going to the ROH, take a book, buy a programme, take a companion: 2 long intervals between 3 x ½hour ballets – which reminded me of the old days when the ROH didn’t have much backstage room, and there were long intervals between the 4 or 5 acts of Verdi operas while they changed the sets.
