[Vwoolf] Dental health in Bloomsbury: Ott and Bertie

Dear all,
May I just say that this exchange has brightened a rainy Friday immensely.
Also, when I was first reading her letters and diaries, I began to keep a
count of how many teeth Virginia was having extracted. It seemed to me
that she was always in a dentist's chair. She delighted in laughing gas as
a help. I am a bit ashamed, but also relieved, to say I stopped counting
at nine.
A happy weekend to everybody.
