I now have confirmed a reviewer for Life in Squares for the Virginia Woolf Miscellany. 
I thought this link about The Sultan of Zanzibar, a biography of Horace de Vere Cole by Martyn Downer, might be of interest. The book was published in 2010, but I don’t recall any discussion of it on the listserv. The website also includes a number of great photographs.
