[Vwoolf] Help needed: Annotated Critical Bib

This is a great mystery – I have never been able to find it.  I have these details:

 

Totowa, NJ: Barnes & Noble (UK: Harvester Press - Not pub'd?*), 231pp., 1983 / *1982, ISBN 0710803273, 9780710803276.

 

Despite this, Markert, p. 257, says "All relevant items from this text [McNeillie’s] are described in [Markert’s] guide", i.e. MARKERT, Lawrence P., "The Bloomsbury Group: A Reference Guide", Boston: G K Hall, 1990.

Greetings!  Does anyone know where I can view or purchase a copy of McNeillie's book, "Annotated Critical Bibliography of Virginia Woolf" (1985) --?  I have searched EVERYWHERE including OCLC and university libraries.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
