[Somean] Monday topic

We had a great time this past Monday discussing motivating questions, and 
not everyone got to discuss theirs.  Absent other suggestions, I'm going 
to say tht we'll continue that conversation this coming Monday.  But I 
also would like to solicit suggestion for next moves. Anything from the 
beginning of the semester planning stirke a chord?  Any topics that have 
come up for you recently in your research?  What do you want to talk to So 
Meaners about?
