[Sc-aquaponics] Bus Tour

Ohio Aquaculturists and Aquaponists:

*SAVE THE DATE!*  The Ohio Aquaculture Association and the ABC-2 Boot Camp
program at OSU Centers at Piketon will be providing an all-day bus tour of
four Ohio aquatic culture facilities on *Saturday, October 21st, 2017*.
Stops will include Ocean Friend's Farm (Indoor Saltwater Shrimp); Ripple
Rock Fish Farm (RAS Tilapia); Fender's Fish Hatchery (pond complex, many
species); and Tom's Fish Farm (RAS perch, bass etc).  The tour will leave
at 9:00 AM from the Ohio Department of Agriculture in Reynoldsburg and
return around 6:00 PM.  This tour is an opportunity for attendees to see a
wide variety of aquatic culture species and techniques, network with
friends & fellow culturists, and ask questions of the operators
themselves.  A must attend event!  Registration flyer will be forthcoming
in the next week at which time registration will open.  Attendance will be
limited to 50 people.
