Hi everyone,

Those of you are returning to the prep lab for Fall 2025 can now schedule your hours on Teams. The guide for accessing the schedule is attached. Rules for scheduling are below:


  *   Shifts must be at least 2 hours in length, but no longer than 6 consecutive hours. Nobody may work more than 8 hours in a day.
  *   All students must work a minimum of 12 hours per week. Exceptions are possible but must first be approved by me.
  *   Students are not permitted to work more than 28 hours in a week for all positions held at the University. New hires (not you) are not permitted to work in the prep lab more than 20 hours per week.
  *   Slots are on a first come first serve basis.

The application for Fall 2025 is also now open. If you know of anyone that would be a great fit on our team, please share the link below. This application is due by 11:59 pm on April 30th.
