Spring 2026 Schedule

If you have not yet selected your hours for spring, please do so ASAP. If you are not planning to return for the spring, or even considering it, please let Tyler know ASAP. Friday needs some love... If you can move your shift from Monday-Thursday over to Friday, let’s talk.


Security


Since we won’t have folks in the windows, we’ll need to pay extra attention to making sure the labs are locked when they are not occupied. This also goes for the window.



Finals Week Shifts


Everyone is expected to work a minimum of four hours during finals week unless prior approval has been given by Tyler. Nobody is expected to work on Reading Day. Shifts should be requested on Teams in one-hour increments. Note that the prep lab will be closed on December 18th and 19th, as FOD will completing maintenance on the building air handlers which requires an exhaust shutdown.


Reading Day Party!


We’ll have a party in 1015 McPherson Lab at 3:00pm. We would appreciate if a few folks could arrive 15-20 minutes early to help setup.
