[Prep Lab Students] Training and Orientation is Next Week!

Howdy Y’all!

We’re excited to kick off the fall semester with training next week! The schedule is attached for your convenience.

As a reminder, you should use Monday to complete the online training and orientation items listed on the Prep Lab Forum (due August 18th at 11:59 PM). The forum is available on Carmen or directly through this link<https://osu.instructure.com/courses/49925>.

I’ve condensed the draft schedule we built the week of August 3rd into the first-week schedule. Please review it carefully and let me know if you spot any errors or have last-minute changes.

To simplify review, I placed the Monday shifts on August 25th. At the end of next week, I’ll move them to September 1st. Note that you are not expected to work regular shifts on Monday, August 25th.

Staffing needs:
      •     Tuesday afternoon: +1 person
      •     Wednesday 9–11 AM: –1 to –2 people
      •     Thursday morning (7:30 AM start): +2 people
      •     Friday evening (5:00 PM start): +1 person
