[Preplabstudents] End of the Semester

Hi all,

The end of the semester is just around the corner! Here’s the info you need to finish it right:

As a reminder, the prep lab is closed tomorrow, Wednesday November 27th.

Schedule prior to Reading Day
We will be open from 8:00am – 6:30 pm on December 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. We will follow our normal schedule within this window. Those that would like more hours to make up for time the lab is closed are welcome to drop in outside their scheduled times. Teams has been updated to reflect this.

Reading Day & End of Semester Party
Students are not required to work on Reading Day. Our end of semester party is from 1:30-3:30pm on Reading Day.

Hours during finals
Everyone will be required to work four hours during finals week (12/6, 12/9. 12/10, 12/11, 12/12). Sign up for these hours on Teams. We’ll use 1 hour time blocks, and each will be limited to 6 students.

Lab Coats
Please be sure your lab coat pockets are empty before you leave for break. We will swap out lab coats before you return.

Spring Schedule
If you haven’t done so already, please schedule your spring hours. We will begin hiring new students to fill in gaps in early December. If you know of anyone interested in joining our team, please invite them to apply at go.osu.edu/sp25preplabapp.
