Subject: [Preplabstudents] Autumn Training & OSU Housing Early Move-In

Hi everyone!

We hope you are having a great summer! Please review the important information below.


  *   Training will start on August 12th. We are still working to finalize the training schedule for that week.



  *   Those of you that are living in OSU managed housing will need to move in on Sunday August 11th. Our Department plans to take care of any early move-in fees imposed by OSU housing for moving in on that date. Here?s the important parts for those of you in this situation:
     *   You need to reply to this email no later than 11:59 pm on July 14th notifying me this applies to you.
     *   Navigate to  https://housingportal.osu.edu/myhousing to sign up for your move-in slot.



  *   Returning students: if you have not yet scheduled your hours, please do so as soon as you are able.
     *   We currently have 1 person scheduled from 7:30-8:30 am on Tuesday :(

Hi All,

A quick follow up here. Everyone is expected to attend training, including returning students. We?ve updated some things and changed some policies, so we need to make sure everyone is on board. We also want to make sure everyone is fully trained to work in our new space since many of you were trained while working in our temporary space.

As a reminder, training is paid time.
