[Preplabstudents] Week 12 and Beyond

Hi Everyone,

This week is our last week of lab! We will continue to hold our regularly scheduled hours Today through Thursday. Friday November 10th is a University holiday, you are not permitted to log hours on this day.

On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, Chem 1110 will be moved into the south labs. Signs will be posted tonight after lab is over.

Experiment Notes-Refer to the window notes for additional details.

ECE- Ice will be needed, please fill the third floor cooler from the second floor ice machine.

HCAL- Cups and lids will need to be replaced between sessions. GoTemp! Probes are in the lab in a drawer under the oven. USB adapters are also available in this drawer, if needed.

Other Important Information-

Schedules for the rest of this semester

November 13th through December 6th, we will open at 8:00am and close at 6:00pm, any shifts normally scheduled outside of this window are canceled. If you primarily work during these canceled hours and want to make these up, please reach out.

Spring 2024 Scheduling

You are now able to schedule for Spring 2024 in Teams. Please do this as soon as possible, as this will help me determine how many new student employees we will need to hire.

Leaving the prep lab?

If there is a potential that you may not be coming back to the prep lab for spring 2024, please let me know. I need to start determining if we need to hire additional students.
