It?s now time to schedule your shifts for spring 2024. Instructions and rules are below: Accessing the Spring 2024 Schedule- Open your OSU email account in a web browser. Then, select the ?App Launcher? icon (the icon with 9 dots in the top left). [cid707265892*image002.png at 01D9057F.013A1730] Select Microsoft Teams from the list of available apps. [Image] On the left side, click the ?more added apps? icon. [Image] Select Shifts. [Image] Navigate to the first week in January. You should see several open shifts. Request the shifts you would like by selecting each 30-minute increment necessary. Each person is required to schedule a minimum of 12 hours per week with a maximum of 20 hours. Shifts must be at least 2 hours (4 consecutive 30-minute time blocks) or longer. Other arrangements are possible but must be pre-approved by Tyler. Note that longer shifts tend to be scheduled for the window. No promises. Please keep in mind that little flexibility will be given for last minute call offs and permanent switches once the semester begins. So, please choose your spots carefully. Be sure to account for any second session classes you may have enrolled in. Note that we are just using the first week of January for scheduling purposes. You will be expected to follow the Spring schedule starting January 8th. Please let me know if you have any questions. We will continue to hold our regularly scheduled hours Today through Thursday. Friday November 10th is a University holiday, you are not permitted to log hours on this day. On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, Chem 1110 will be moved into the south labs. Signs will be posted tonight after lab is over. ECE- Ice will be needed, please fill the third floor cooler from the second floor ice machine. HCAL- Cups and lids will need to be replaced between sessions. GoTemp! Other Important Information- Schedules for the rest of this semester November 13th through December 6th, we will open at 8:00am and close at 6:00pm, any shifts normally scheduled outside of this window are canceled.
