Timesheets

This is a reminder that your timesheets are due on Mondays by 12 noon. Please make sure to submit your timesheets on time so that there is no delay in pay. All time sheets are submitted in Workday<https://workday.osu.edu/>.

Cubbies

Please keep your belongings in the red cubbies available in 145 CE. This helps to keep the walking paths clear. Of course, you may keep out anything you are actively using. We recommend those assigned to the window take their belongings with them.

Prep Lab Guidebook

New employees will be given a binder containing the Spring 2023 version of the Prep Lab Guidebook. Returning employees should pick up a copy of the updated guidebook from on top of the red cubbies in the office.

Reagent Handling Training

EVERYONE must go through a reagent handling training lead by either myself or Alec. This should take no more than 15 minutes, and a paper log must be signed at the completion. We will begin these today during your normally scheduled shifts, time permitting.

Headphones

Headphones are not permitted at any time on the clock, except when you are working on an online training module required for this position. This is a safety issue. Violations will incur corrective action points.
