[Preplabstudents] Prep Lab Training- Thursday 8/17

Hi Everyone,

Thursday we will begin at 10:00am on our scavenger hunt and in-person fire extinguisher training. We will meet in 205 Celeste, just as we did today. You will receive a completion certificate from Dr. Moore. This will need to be uploaded to the Prep Lab Forum to be given credit.

The TAs will be in lab tomorrow morning. My notes show the following people will be working the window from 8:30-11:30. Returners, I could use another person tomorrow morning, one more Friday morning, and two on Friday afternoon… Let me know if you have time and want the hours.

Please take a moment to fill in the appropriate sections of your paper training log. We will add in-person training to your Carmen gradebook for you.

If you missed today’s sessions, you will need to make them up when you are on campus. There is a digital version of the shelving and transportation session available.

Please continue working on those online training materials, especially those of you that are not on campus yet. I’m starting to see completion certificates come in, which is awesome!

Finally, I’ve updated Teams to show the shifts you scheduled for next week. Please look over the schedule and let me know if there are any errors.
