[Preplabstudents] Prep Lab Training

Hi Everyone,

As a reminder, the shifts you have signed up for on Teams during this week are just for scheduling purposes. We will start following that schedule on August 22nd. Exact details on what you will be doing throughout the semester will be discussed during our training week.

We will start training on August 14th and it will run through August 21st. Everyone, new and returning employees, will be expected to complete all parts of the training. If you are not going to be in town for any of the listed days, we will need to produce a make-up plan when you arrive. I have attached the current draft of the prep lab training schedule.

Time spent on training items, including completion of online training modules, is paid time and should be included on your timesheet. You are expected to use the times blocked out to complete online training on your own, this includes Wednesday and Friday. We do have access to computers if needed.

I will need a handful of returning students to work in the windows and in the prep lab during the TA lab sessions on Thursday and Friday. Please let me know if you are available and want the hours.
