Physics server downtime Sunday 10:00 AM

On Sunday morning at 10:00 AM (May 17), phypcs (Windows), pcffs1 (Linux), and pcfof1 (Linux) will all be rebooted. This is necessary for a critical security update. Downtime should be less than an hour.
