Everyone, please share with your faculty and staff that I will be doing a webinar for them on Thursday at 1 pm focused on strategies and tips for easing their own and their children’s stress and anxiety. I’m also in the process of planning an 6 to 8 week virtual program for our faculty, staff and students to help with good self-care and stress reduction as we continue to deal with this pandemic.
