    Dear Supervisors,

      We have received the request below to identify personnel who cannot do their work remotely.  Note: graduate students and postdocs have already been asked to work remotely.  Please send a list of the personnel to me (winer.12) and Jean Ball (ball.1780) as soon as possible.  We are asked to respond by ~4pm.   For the individual, it would be useful if you to indicate approximately what fraction of their duties need to be cared out on campus.

Hi everyone,

We have been asked by OHR to identify individuals who cannot do their work remotely and/or on campus due to the change in teaching delivery.  As you develop the list, please also consider temporary duties you might be able to assign them for remote work.  Our deadline for response is by the end of the day so please respond by 3:30 to 4:00 p.m. if at all possible.  My apologies for the short notice but we are all navigating a rapidly changing environment.  Please send your responses to me and we will gather the information together to share with OHR.
