Save the Date for Physics Graduate Studies Open House March 22-23 (Sun-Mon)

Please mark Sunday/Monday March 22-23 for our annual Physics Graduate Studies prospective student Open House.



We will be hosting approximately 40-50 visiting students and Open House.  To help our event succeed, we will need:

*        Faculty to help us host the Sunday dinner, Monday breakfast and Lunch at the North Market

*        Participation Research Poster session for Monday 3/23 morning 10am-12pm. We will send out sign up to reserve a poster space next week.

*        Faculty for small group meetings for Monday 3/23 afternoon 2-5pm. A follow up email about specifying your availability or to designate and alternate will be sent to faculty next week. We are hoping to try out a new scheduling tool to help us manage setting up these meetings more efficiently using an online application.
