Stage 3 lab reopening and town hall meeting

Hi Everyone,

This email is intended for anyone who is part of the stage 3 lab reopening/operation. (If you are not, sorry for the spam.)

I am happy to report that Physics has been approved for stage 3 lab reopening on June 22nd!

However, there are still things to do before we open up and approved researchers can return to the labs. To help with this, the Safety & Infrastructure committee will have a town hall zoom meeting on Wednesday, June 17 from 2pm-3:30pm. During this meeting we will go over all of the responsibilities that you have as part of stage 3 lab reopening/operation and answer any questions that you have.

The Safety & Infrastructure committee will be sending out more details soon about stage 3 lab reopening/operation and the town hall meeting.

Please be sure to attend. I look forward to seeing everyone there.
