Request for users of PRB 3100 Wellness room to contact me immediately

Hello, if you are a current user of the Wellness Room, please get in touch with me immediately.  We have a request for scheduling the room every day and I will need to make sure that we have a current list of users and their contact info.   I am currently aware of 2 regular users only.

In addition to this recent request, we will be scheduling to update the room's lock keypad to change the lock code for access therefore we need to be able to communicate the change of code to all of our wellness room users.

The department will be updating how and who "manages" access to this room but for now, I am gathering the info on current users.
