[ALERT] Triannual Preventive Maintenance Complete

Today's triannual PM work is now complete.

Building systems are back online and normal operating conditions have resumed.

The Department expresses thanks to the FOD maintenance teams for their efforts.

For long range planning purposes, the 2019 triannual maintenance dates are as follows:

Outage 1 - 2019: January 3 - Thursday - Done

Outage 2 - 2019: May 1 - Wednesday - Done

Outage 3 - 2019: September 4 - Wednesday - Done

Additional Advance Notice for Experimentalist Groups.

The Energy Conservations Measures (ECM) Project work that has been proceeding throughout the summer is moving to a phase that will involve a 4 day shutdown of process cooling water.

Additional information will follow by separate message, but current and tentative planning has this work being done on and around November 12th ( A Monday when the University is closed).

The Facility Team will be contacting individual lab groups to collect input and share additional details in late-September.
